Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of Once Upon a Travel and its clients in the context of selling tailor-made travel services.
Once Upon a Travel conducts its business of travel organization consulting attached to the Collectif de Voyages My Way, registered with Atout France.

Registration and booking
Every travel request is subject to a personalized quote.
The booking is effective upon receipt of the deposit mentioned in the quote and the written acceptance of the sales conditions.
The balance is due according to the terms specified in the quote.
In the event of non-payment within the set deadlines, the booking may be canceled without notice.
Prices
Prices are expressed in euros (€) and indicated inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
They only include the services mentioned in the accepted quote (accommodation, transport, activities, insurances, etc.).
Any service not included will be subject to an additional quote.
Payment terms
A deposit is required upon confirmation of the trip.
The balance is to be paid before departure, according to the deadlines specified in the quote.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or any other means accepted by Once Upon a Travel.
Modifications and cancellations
By the client:
Any modification or cancellation must be requested in writing.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the conditions of the service providers (airlines, accommodation providers, etc.).
These fees will be specified at the time of the quote confirmation.
By Once Upon a Travel / My Way:
In the event of an exceptional event making the realization of the trip impossible (natural disaster, pandemic, etc.), a postponement solution or a partial refund may be offered, in accordance with current regulations.
Responsibilities
Once Upon a Travel acts as an agent of the Collectif de Voyages My Way, registered with Atout France.
Once Upon a Travel cannot be held liable in case of force majeure, fault of the client, or any unpredictable and unavoidable event caused by a third party.
Insurances
The Collectif de Voyages My Way benefits from professional civil liability insurance and a financial guarantee covering the funds deposited by clients.
It is recommended that the traveler takes out cancellation and repatriation assistance insurance adapted to their trip.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, tailor-made travel services are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Claims and mediation
Any claim must be sent to Once Upon a Travel in writing within 30 days following the end of the trip.
In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the client may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator (MTV):

Personal data
The information collected during the booking is necessary for the proper execution of the contract and is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
The client has a right of access, rectification, and deletion of their data by writing to: amandinedudouet@gmail.com.
Applicable law
These conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
